Affordable Housing Solutions

The Affordable Housing Solutions pillar addresses one of the most critical foundations of stability—safe, secure, and affordable housing. We support individuals and families by providing housing education, access to resources, and guidance that helps them secure and maintain stable living environments.

By working with community partners and housing organizations, this pillar aims to reduce housing insecurity and create pathways to long-term residential stability.

We’re proud to announce Pinecrest Development, our first single-family home (SFH) project, offering energy-efficient homes for low-income families in Danville, Virginia. While this is our first SFH development, we’ve successfully partnered with Fairfield Enterprise on rehabilitation projects in Maryland, helping revitalize communities there.

Program Goals And Objectives

Develop Affordable Housing: We aim to create safe, affordable, and sustainable homes for low-income families and older adults, addressing the critical shortage of affordable housing in underserved communities.

Collaborate with Community Organizations: We believe in working with local partners, non-profits, and stakeholders to ensure housing solutions meet the specific needs of the community, offering tailored support for residents.

Promote Sustainable Building Practices: Sustainability is at the heart of our projects. Pinecrest homes will feature energy-efficient technologies, eco-friendly materials, and designs that reduce long-term costs for residents while benefiting the environment.

This pillar is led by housing advocates, policy advisors, and community development professionals with experience in affordable housing, tenant support, and housing access programs. The leadership team brings a deep understanding of housing systems and the challenges faced by low-income and marginalized communities.

Their role is to ensure that housing initiatives are practical, equitable, and aligned with local housing needs and opportunities.
